Joann began working at RFG in 2010 and has held several positions over the years. Today, she works closely with John and Greg as a client service associate, helping clients with day-to-day questions and requests. Whether our clients need help withdrawing funds, depositing funds, or making changes to their account information, Joann is there to help.
Joann and her husband Rick have been married for over 35 years and love the simple joys of life in northern Minnesota. Whether it’s fishing year-round, camping in the summertime, riding their side-by-side UTV, or deer hunting, they make the most of every season. They cherish time with their two sons and their families, but nothing compares to the joy their young granddaughter, Rylan, brings into their lives. She fills their days with endless hours of joy and happiness.
