  • Signs on as a plan fiduciary and shares fiduciary responsibilities.
  • Helps manage all plan-related provider relationships, including the Recordkeeper and Administrator.
  • Leads all quarterly Investment Committee meetings.
  • Applies an institutional-caliber approach to fund selection and ongoing monitoring/due diligence support for the fund lineup.
  • Analyzes and evaluates potential plan design changes and modifications in line with best practices and industry developments.
  • Provides fiduciary training for your Investment Committee to ensure best practices are consistently implemented.

  • Helps plan participants maximize the use of online investor tools and technology.
